Rebecca Huegett, Year 12 2016/17
As an external student, I was nervous about finding my way around a new school and making friends.
Neither of these aspects were an issue and everyone, students and teachers, were really friendly and willing to give directions or walk me to my lessons. The quality of teaching is very high and the move from GCSE to A levels can be daunting, especially coupled with the move to a new school but I never once felt out of place or uncomfortable and my teachers and peers made an effort to include me and all other external students. By the first half term I had friends, knew my way around the school and was confident and happy in my lessons.
